Here they had great service, delicious sushi, and while I sat at their bar area inside krog st market it looks like they also have a larger restaurant portion. I want to go back to experience this area as well. I got the Ellie roll and a gin tonic which were absolutely perfect. They were unbelievably busy on a Saturday night, while turning out orders very quickly, all with very professional and friendly staff. Amazing.

From the many many options to choose from at Krog Street... don't make any concessions. You need to try this place.

Andrew is so awesome. Also everyone that works there is so awesome. Everyone was so accompanying and helpful and we had a great time with the coworkers. The service was 10/10 and the food was outstanding.

First time on the belt line and we stop in for some sushi. We started with the pork Gyoza, cooked perfectly. Then we had The W99 (see photo) was fanatic! Large enough to satisfy your hunger. Finished our meal with the chicken fried rice and Salad. Ginger dressing is really good. The only thing knocking it from a 5 star to a 4 was the fried rice. The chicken was over cooked and the rice had no flavor. Sushi roll are huge and a must if you come here. The menu had Plenty of other items to check out on our next visit. Service was a little slow but they were super busy. Overall great experience at Makimono

My wife and I ALWAYS make sure to eat this sushi restaurant whenever we're at Krog Street Market. The atmosphere is beautiful with mood lighting and dark wood Japanese architecture. Out of all the Japanese/Korean Sushi restaurants we've visited in the Metro Atlanta Area, this is definitely the best in our opinion. Outside of the large variety of options for vegetarians and vegans with their sushi, they also have amazing soups, Sakes and Sojus! Speaking of their Sojus, make sure to try their mango Soju! It's delicious sneaky with 13 ABV per serving, so a few will have you feeling very nice! If you're looking for more of a stronger punch, you can try their original Soju (20 ABV) if you're feeling daring. We definitely recommend buying a bottle and sharing it with those (legal to drink) at your table. Make sure to tell Vicki our review sent you to her amazing restaurant.

I've only been able to eat inside the restaurant twice now but their take out side is always busy. Finally tried their sushi after dropping in for gyoza or drinks and it was amazing. Super fresh, fast, and the service is always great. This time the owner was behind the bar working and you can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into the place. Great place to drop into especially to get away from the noisy Krog Street vibes. I'll definitely be back!

Came here for a quick bite white at Krog Street. The crunch roll was really good and so was the $5 watermelon margarita! The crunch roll was perfect; it was fresh, crunchy, and delicious. I wasn't expecting the watermelon margarita to be so good but it shockingly was, especially with the real pieces of watermelon inside!
